Candlelight Yin Yoga is a perfect way to end your day and your weekend.
Yin is a slow and passive practice focused on lengthening the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis, low back and shoulders. Supported seated and supine poses are held to allow a release of tension in areas of the body where stress can build up. This practice is great for increasing flexibility. You will leave feeling restored, relaxed and calm.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED to ensure there are enough props for each participant.
