Our online programs are designed as a way to keep us connected and to offer support, encouragement and resources that nurture body, mind and soul.


Looking In/Looking Out

Join us for this half-day adventure as we explore what we need to travel along the cancer journey, now compounded by Covid.

We will take a playful and meaningful approach, with simple art-making materials, to rediscover the treasures of who we are. This will be a time to connect as we gather to write, make marks and reflect.

Absolutely no art making experience is necessary to enjoy this safe, non-judgmental, face to face time together.

This gathering will be in person at Abbey Retreat Centre, with a maximum of 5 participants. All Covid safety protocols will be followed. There is no cost to participants.
