10am to 12pm Yoga and Meditation Class with Andrea & Todd Allen.
Join us in a gentle Hatha-Yoga practice as we calm the body and mind and spirit through the conscious connection of our movement, thoughts and breath. Our yoga practice will prepare us for a short, guided meditation and discussion.
All are welcome! With or without prior Yoga and/or mediation experience, this is an opportunity to connect and enjoy creating a calm and centred space together.
