Volunteers gather at the Abbey Retreat Centre for a day of quilting and sewing to create flannel-backed quilts for our Warm Hugs From the Highlands program. This program is a volunteer-led initiative that gifts quilts to people living with a cancer diagnosis in the Haliburton Highlands (seasonally or permanently).
