The Abbey Retreat Centre supports people on their health and healing journeys, especially those living with cancer.

 Our programs offer opportunities to build meaningful community and explore practices that help to soothe, strengthen and tend the body, mind and spirit for those living with cancer. 

As an organization, we do our best to embody what we practice in our programs: respect, goodwill, collaboration, active listening, direct and kind communication, time for creativity and rest, accountability and generosity.
